Email Copywriter (eCommerce)

We're an email marketing agency that builds high converting email systems for ecommerce brands.

We are looking for a strong copywriter who can write email campaigns and automated Klaviyo flows for ecommerce brands across skincare, apparel, food, supplements, beauty, home goods, and other DTC categories.

You will be responsible for writing clear, conversion focused email copy that is ready for design.

Main responsibilities:

Write email campaigns for ecommerce brands
Write Klaviyo flow emails including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post purchase, winback, and review request flows
Study brand websites, customer reviews, product pages, and previous emails to match the brand voice
Write strong headers, subheaders, body copy, CTAs, subject lines, and preview text
Turn strategy briefs into clean, persuasive copy
Collaborate with our strategy and design team
Revise copy based on client and internal feedback
Keep copy concise, direct, and easy to design

Requirements:

Strong written English
Experience writing for ecommerce or DTC brands
Understanding of email marketing and conversion copywriting
Ability to write in different brand voices
Ability to research products and understand customer pain points
Reliable communication during PST working hours
Fast turnaround and strong attention to detail
Experience with Klaviyo is a plus
Experience with Figma is a plus
