Automation and Vibe Coding Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Automation & Vibe Coding Specialist to build end-to-end automation systems for service-based businesses in Israel and the US (construction, logistics, and professional services).

This role combines automation development using Make (Integromat) with Vibe Coding (AI-assisted / low-code development) to create workflows, system integrations, and dashboards that can serve as alternatives or enhancements to traditional CRM systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing systems for lead management, scheduling, billing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
-Build automation workflows in Make (Integromat) based on requirements
-Integrate multiple platforms using APIs (CRM, marketing, scheduling tools, etc.)
-Develop dashboards using low-code or web-based tools (Vibe Coding approach)
-Collaborate with the team to improve systems and suggest optimizations
-Test, debug, and validate automation workflows
-Deliver completed systems and iterate based on feedback until final approval

Must-Have Requirements
-Strong experience with Make (Integromat)
-Experience or familiarity with Vibe Coding (AI-assisted / low-code development)
-Basic hands-on experience with low-code or web coding (dashboard creation)
-Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations
-Experience connecting tools and managing data workflows
-Strong English communication skills (written and technical)

Nice to Have
-Experience with AI tools or automation agents
-Experience integrating platforms like Facebook or ----------
-Familiarity with Calendly, Zoom, Google Calendar
-Experience with messaging tools (WhatsApp, ManyChat, Twilio)
-Background in similar automation or system integration projects
