SUPER STAR Customer Centric Virtual Assistant required initially for Customer Service and Amazon related tasks…but can grow into a bigger role for the ambitious!

You are:
- Extremely organized. People see your desk and always coment “wow, you’re really clean.”
- Great problem-solving skills, e.g. if a customer has a issue you can proactively solve the issues.
- A great writer. Did you notice the 5 spelling/grammar mistakes in this article?
- Attention to detail. You see yourself as a perfectionist and you can’t leave tasks 80% done – you get great satisfaction in completing tasks.
- Always reliable and punctual
- Have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

Requirements:
- Available 20 hours a weak (possibility to grow in future)
- Be able to speak fluent English
- Available to offer support 7 days a week (although most likely will only be 60 mins each day), as there is a company policy to answer emails within 24 hours.
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Please note that the amount of time will vary each day and after a trial period if you show your work ethic and skills you will be rewarded with more work.

Nice to Have Skills (not mandatory):
- Basic image editing in any of Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central
- Task management in Asana
- Wordpress / Woo-commerce Experience
- Keyword Research
- Copywriting
