We’re looking for a motivated and driven Instagram DM Setter to join our team.

About the Role:

• Full-time role focused on setting appointments through Instagram DMs
• Reach out to potential leads, start conversations, and qualify prospects for sales calls
• Follow scripts, systems, and daily workflows consistently
• Communicate professionally and represent the brand well
• Base pay + commission structure with earning potential of $1,000+ per month

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Reliable WiFi and a quiet workspace
• Previous appointment setting experience is a plus (but not required if you’re coachable and willing to learn)
• Strong work ethic and commission-driven mindset
• Consistent, responsive, and able to take feedback well
