Senior Performance Marketer (Meta Ads & Funnel Build)

At Very Decent Marketer, we are a growing marketing agency focused on delivering exceptional, data-driven results for our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and elevate the consistency and performance of the advertising campaigns we manage.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a true expert in the Meta Ads platform. You won't just be pushing buttons; you will be bringing your strategic expertise to the table to build out high-converting campaigns from scratch. In addition to ad management, this role is highly technical. You will be responsible for building multi-step landing pages and ensuring seamless lead flow integrations into our clients' backend systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Campaign Creation: Build, launch, and scale advertising campaigns from scratch, primarily within Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). As we grow, you will also help us expand into TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads.

*Funnel Building: Design and build high-converting, multi-step landing pages using HeyFlow.

*Technical Integration: Seamlessly integrate your HeyFlow landing pages with the Meta platform (Pixel, Conversions API, event tracking).

*CRM Automation: Connect landing pages and lead forms with various client CRM systems.

*Daily Optimization: Manage the day-to-day performance of active campaigns, conducting A/B testing, budget pacing, and audience adjustments to hit target KPIs.

*Reporting: Provide periodic, clear reporting on campaign performance, highlighting insights and actionable next steps.

REQUIREMENTS
*Proven, expert-level experience managing and scaling Meta Ads (please be prepared to share case studies or past performance metrics).

*Hands-on experience building landing pages or funnels (experience specifically with HeyFlow is a major plus).

*Strong technical understanding of tracking pixels, APIs, and lead routing.

*Experience using automation platforms (Zapier/Make.com) to integrate marketing tools with CRM systems.

*Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

*Ability to work reliably during the required US Eastern Time business hours.
