Full-Time Video Editor for Military Storytelling Content

We are hiring a full-time video editor for a fast-growing military and documentary-style content brand with millions of viewers across social platforms.

This is not basic subtitle editing.

We are looking for someone who understands retention, storytelling, emotional pacing, and how to keep viewers watching until the end.

You will be editing:
15 short-form videos per week
4 long-form videos per week

Military and war-related storytelling content
Scripts will be fully provided

You must understand:
-Strong hooks
-Mid-video hooks
-Storytelling structure
-Pay-offs
-Retention-focused editing
-Emotional pacing
-Sound design
-How to create curiosity and tension
-Fast pacing without making videos feel chaotic

We are NOT looking for:
-Basic template editors
-Overused transitions
-Generic TikTok-style editing
-Editors who rely only on captions and zooms

You should be confident with:
-Sourcing visuals and B-roll
-Using music and SFX effectively
-Creating engaging subtitle styles
-Organizing projects professionally
-Fast turnaround times
-Taking feedback well

Required:
Strong internet connection
Fluent English communication
Full-time availability
Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
After Effects is a plus
