We are a US-based performance marketing agency that helps B2B and eCommerce brands grow through paid ads, content, automation, and retention marketing. We currently manage over 40 active client accounts across the US, Canada, and Europe.
About the Role
You will be responsible for building and managing
Responsibilities
Build and manage
Create and optimize flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back
Segment audiences and maintain
Monitor performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue
Collaborate with designers and media buyers for campaign alignment
Ensure proper tracking, integrations, and deliverability
Follow internal reporting and campaign systems
Requirements
Experience with
Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and retention marketing
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to work in US Eastern Time (EST)
Good written and spoken English
Bonus (not required)
Experience with SMS marketing
Familiar with Shopify integrations
Basic copywriting skills
Experience with A/B testing
