Talent Recruiter

Full-time role focused on finding and reaching out to experienced Amazon operators. You identify candidates across platforms like Upwork, ---------- and Facebook groups, send outreach messages, qualify responses and move interested profiles through to a screening call. European timezone, fully remote.
Requirements:

Experience doing outbound recruiting or lead generation outreach
Comfortable sending high volumes of personalized messages daily
Able to identify a strong Amazon candidate from a profile or resume without much guidance
Familiar with where Amazon operators spend time online — communities, groups, job boards
Experience tracking outreach in a CRM or spreadsheet and following up consistently
Able to write clear, short outreach messages that get responses
Fluent English for screening calls and internal communication
Full-time availability, no other clients or jobs on the side
