The selected individual will be charged with the recruitment and growth of one of our valuable clients. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for calling on various projects throughout the year with an emphasis on calling new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents for the purpose of recruiting and expanding contracts.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills
• Recruit via phone to motivate agents
• Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key
• Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations
• Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
• Must have a positive and “can do” attitude
• Highly productive while unsupervised
• Work collaboratively and efficiently as a tea ---------- mber
• Microsoft Office Experience: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Preference given to applicants with previous insurance industry call experience
