The Role

We're looking for a confident and articulate Appointment Setter to engage leads and book qualified calls for our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, so clear communication and a professional presence are key.

What You'll Do

Reach out to leads via phone, email, and text to introduce our services and generate interest. Qualify prospects and schedule calls with the appropriate tea ---------- mbers. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize booking rates. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. Meet weekly appointment targets.

What We're Looking For

Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent and strong phone presence. Excellent written communication for emails and text outreach. Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer-facing roles. Comfortable working US timezone hours. Reliable, self-motivated, and organized.

Setup:

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Hours tracked via Hubstaff. Remote/work from home.
