Quora/Reddit Specialist

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Quora/Reddit Specialist to help grow our authentic brand presence on community-driven platforms. This role centers on AI Engine Optimization (AEO) — making sure our brand is referenced positively when AI tools pull information from platforms like Reddit and Quora. You will create valuable, community-first content that builds genuine discussion and positive sentiment around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, authentic content for Quora and Reddit that passes moderation and earns community trust
- Build positive brand sentiment through helpful, value-driven contributions to relevant discussions
- Answer questions and participate in threads naturally without coming across as promotional
- Incorporate strategic brand mentions that add value to conversations rather than detracting from them
- Navigate the strict content policies of both Quora and Reddit with a consistent approval track record
- Engage with target audience communities across relevant subreddits and Quora spaces
- Monitor brand mentions on both platforms and respond in a timely, appropriate manner
- Develop and refine content strategies designed to influence how AI engines perceive the brand
- Track engagement metrics including karma, upvotes, and community response to optimize future content
- Identify trending topics and relevant discussions to find natural engagement opportunities

Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrable experience getting content approved and positively received on Quora and/or Reddit
- Thorough understanding of community guidelines and the line between value-adding and promotional content
- Ability to write authentic, helpful responses that avoid spam detection and moderation flags
- Strong English writing ability with a natural, conversational voice
- Understanding of how community platform content influences AI search engines and AEO
- Self-starter who can work independently and maintain a steady cadence of engagement
- Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and conversations
- Clear communication skills and openness to collaborative strategy discussions

Preferred Skills:
- Active Reddit or Quora accounts with established positive karma and reputation
- Familiarity with the cultures and moderation norms of different subreddits and Quora spaces
- Background in brand reputation management on community platforms
- Knowledge of AI engine optimization strategies and how AI models reference community content
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how community activity supports search visibility
- Experience producing content in niche or specialized industries
- Ability to interpret engagement data and adjust strategy based on results
