Appointment Setter for Med Spa Lead Generation Company (EST Hours)
We partner with med spas to keep their calendars stacked with Botox and lip filler bookings. As an Appointment Setter, you're the first voice leads hear — and your job isn't just to dial. It's to guide leads toward "yes."
The vibe here is fun, but we play to win.
Our goal for you: Become elite at this craft. Love the process while earning based on what you produce.
This isn't a role for someone "exploring sales." This is for someone who wants to master it.

Schedule
Rotating shifts (weekdays + weekends)

Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST

You need to be flexible enough to cover either shift when called on.

Compensation

Base: $500 USD/month
Performance Pay: +$1,000 USD/month for hitting daily standards (every current setter hits this)
Bonuses:

Monthly performance challenges: up to +$500 USD
+$5 USD per low-ticket booking (no cap)

The harder and smarter you work, the more you take home. Simple as that.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Available for EST shifts including weekends
Strong, clear spoken English with a neutral, US-friendly accent
Stable internet (100 Mbps minimum) + backup power source
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Quality headset
Laptop + large monitor


Preferred Experience
Background in appointment setting, call centers, sales, or high-volume customer support is a plus. That said, we value coachability and grit over a polished resume.
