Community & Course Support VA ----------

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to help manage and support our growing online dog training and lifestyle platform, The Husky Method
.

The Husky Method is built around helping people better understand life with Siberian Huskies through educational content, training guidance, real-life experiences, and community support. We already have a large audience across social media and are now focused on growing the course and community side of the brand.

This is a remote part-time role with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities
Uploading and organizing course content/modules
Helping manage our course platform and community area
Responding to basic customer support questions
Assisting members with login/access issues
Organizing downloads, resources, and lesson materials
Scheduling and uploading social content related to the course
Tracking customer feedback and FAQs
Helping improve the member experience
Managing comments/messages related to the course
Assisting with launches, promotions, and affiliate opportunities
Keeping content and backend systems organized
Requirements
Organized and detail oriented
Strong written English
Comfortable learning new platforms and systems
Friendly and professional communication
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable working independently
Basic understanding of online communities and creator brands
Bonus Skills
Experience working with online courses or membership communities
Experience with Whop, Kajabi, Skool, Teachable, or similar platforms
Pet or dog training interest/experience
Canva or basic content creation skills
Customer support experience
Social media experience
