JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Growth Specialist to manage the online presence of multiple brands. This is a versatile role that combines content management, community building, and Off-Page SEO.
You will need to build brand authority from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Blog Management: Format, optimize, and publish blog posts across multiple websites. This includes selecting high-quality images and writing SEO friendly blogs.
• Arrange interviews with important people from the field.
• LinkedIn Growth & Ghostwriting: Create and "warm up" new LinkedIn profiles. You will be responsible for connecting with relevant industry leads, writing insightful articles, and engaging with influencers to build profile authority.

• Reddit Brand Awareness: Navigate Reddit communities naturally. You will build accounts with high karma by providing value in comments and subtly driving brand awareness without being "spammy."

• Social Media Management: Execute basic posting schedules for Instagram and Facebook to keep our audiences engaged.

• Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building strategies, including guest post outreach, directory submissions, and finding unlinked brand mentions.

Requirements
• Excellent English: Strong written communication is a must—you should be able to write in a conversational, professional tone.
• Platform Savvy: Experience with LinkedIn, Reddit culture, and SEO tools (like Ahrefs or Semrush) is a plus.
• Self-Starter: You can take a goal (e.g., "Grow this LinkedIn profile to 500 connections") and create a plan to get there.

Extra Tasks I Added (Recommended)

To get the most out of your hire, I’ve added these "Value-Add" responsibilities to the description above:

1. Account Warming: New accounts (LinkedIn/Reddit) get banned if you move too fast. I added "warming up" to ensure they know to build trust with the platform first.
2. CMS Formatting: Publishing isn't just hitting "post"; it's about the technical side (tags, meta descriptions).
3. Community Engagement: Instead of just "posting" on Reddit, I emphasized "providing value" so your brand doesn't get banned from subreddits.
