GoHighLevel Expert

Job Summary:
We are an accounting firm looking for a skilled GoHighLevel expert to take charge of our CRM automation and workflow development. This role goes beyond simple task execution — we need someone who can partner with us, advise on best practices, and help us get the most out of the GoHighLevel platform. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and comfortable guiding a team that is new to working with virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automation sequences for business operations
- Set up and manage AI-powered features within GoHighLevel, including chatbots
- Configure and maintain GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts
- Advise the team on platform capabilities, new features, and automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GoHighLevel promptly
- Document all workflows, automations, and system configurations
- Identify manual processes that can be automated and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with the business owners to align CRM strategy with company goals
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel platform changes and new integrations

Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with GoHighLevel, including workflow building, automations, and CRM management
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel AI features and chatbot configuration
- Experience managing agency-level and sub-account setups
- Ability to train and guide tea ---------- mbers on GoHighLevel tools and processes
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to go beyond assigned tasks

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with accounting firms or professional services businesses
- Familiarity with third-party automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Knowledge of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and client communication strategies
- Experience creating SOPs and process documentation for CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Background in a consulting or advisory capacity
