THIS ROLE IS SIMPLE — BUT NOT EASY
You'll be calling US homeowners, talking through storm damage and insurance-based roof claims, and turning conversations into booked inspections.
Scripts and structure are provided — but you're expected to own the call.
???? PAY STRUCTURE — EARN WHAT YOU PRODUCE
$3/hour base (guaranteed)
2+ sales per pay period ? $4/hour
4+ sales per pay period ? $5/hour
$25 bonus per sale — uncapped
Most reps hit 2+ sales weekly and take home $100+ in bonuses every 2 weeks.
Top performers consistently earn $200+ per pay period.
Your numbers speak for themselves — and so does your paycheck.
???? SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break)
Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must be able to check every box — no exceptions:
Proven experience in roofing insurance claims cold calling
You know how to position hail/wind damage inspections naturally
You can bring up insurance without confusing the homeowner
You handle objections without freezing or flipping through a script
You guide calls and confidently ask for the appointment
Strong English with a natural, conversational tone
Minimum 1 year cold calling experience
Familiar with dialers: Mojo, Batch, CallTools, or similar
?? No roofing insurance claim experience = no next step. Please don't apply.
???? HOW TO APPLY
Send us two things — both are required or your application won't be reviewed:
1. A 30-second video covering:
Your cold calling background
Your roofing/insurance campaign experience
Confirmation you're available for a 9:00 AM CST interview
2. Your resume
???? THE FINAL STEP — PROVE IT LIVE
No drawn-out interviews. If you're shortlisted, you'll be given a time slot and asked to pitch us like a real homeowner — no training, no prep.
We're listening for: control, clarity, objection handling, and closing ability.
If you can perform live, you're in. If you can't, this isn't the role.
Only serious applicants with direct roofing insurance calling experience will be considered.
