Social Media Video Editor/Content Editor

The Rousell Law Firm, L.L.C. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor to assist with creating engaging and professional content for the firm’s social media platforms. This is a fully remote position.

The ideal candidate is experienced in editing short-form video content, creating engaging reels, and producing professional social media content that aligns with the firm’s branding and marketing goals.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create engaging captions, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects
- Turn raw footage into polished, professional content
- Create graphics and social media visuals as needed
- Assist with content organization and scheduling
- Maintain consistent branding across all content
- Create educational, promotional, and lifestyle-style legal content
- Follow content calendars and posting deadlines
- Assist with trending audio, reel concepts, and content ideas
- Ensure all content remains professional and appropriate for a law firm

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience editing short-form video content
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Ability to create engaging reels and video edits
- Experience adding captions, transitions, music, and graphics
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Portfolio or examples of previous work preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience editing content for brands, businesses, or influencers
- Experience with social media growth strategies
- Graphic design experience
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses preferred
