Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing US-based insurance agency looking for a high-energy Growth & Operations Specialist. This is NOT a data-entry role. You will be my right hand, responsible for two core objectives: Recruitment: Sourcing and scheduling interviews with new potential agents to scale our team. Production: Managing the sales pipeline and preparing quotes so I can focus entirely on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Headhunting: Proactively source licensed and unlicensed agents via LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media. Vetting: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial "fit" screenings. Scheduling: Managing my calendar to ensure I have 5+ recruitment interviews every week
.2. Sales Production Support: Quote Preparation: Taking lead data and inputting it into carrier portals (e.g., Progressive, Transamerica) or raters (e.g., EZLynx) to prepare "Ready-to-Present" quotes. Lead Nurturing: Following up with aged leads via text/email to keep the pipeline warm. Onboarding: Managing the "New Client" process—sending welcome kits and requesting Google Reviews after a bind.
Required Experience: US Insurance Experience: At least 2 years working with US-based agencies (Life, Health, or P&C). Recruitment/Sales Savvy: Proven experience in headhunting or appointment setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) and Insurance Raters.
Communication: Flawless written and spoken English with a professional "headhunter" demeanor.
