JOB OVERVIEW

This is a stable, full-time remote position for 40 hours per week. You will have real responsibility, direct access to an agency owner you can learn from, and a long-term home if you are the right person. We take care of people who take care of us.

What You Will Be Doing
On a daily basis you will manage replies from cold outreach campaigns, track metrics, call up prospects, and handle content preparation and distribution using AI tools. Weekly tasks include organizing call recordings, supporting recruiting, basic accounting, and personal assistance as needed.

Who This Is For
You have worked directly for a consultant, agency owner, or coach before and you genuinely enjoyed that kind of environment. You understand cold outreach, you write perfect English and speak English without an accent, and you take pride in not needing to be chased. When a lead replies, you are on it within 10 minutes. This role requires you to be available and responsive throughout the day, not just during set business hours.
