PPC Strategist (Google Ads & Bing Ads)

Salary: $1,500 USD/month

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (Manila Time) 40 hours per week

About the Role
Marketing Done Right (MDR) is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Strategist to join our remote Philippines-based team. This is a full ownership role — you will be the primary client partner and account lead responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
You will work closely with SEO, development, and design teams to ensure that strategies are carried through effectively from planning to delivery. We are looking for an A-player who is seeking a stable, long-term career — not just a freelance gig.

Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery calls, perform in-depth keyword research, and develop budget forecasts
- Build and manage full PPC campaigns (STAGs), including ad copy, assets, and comprehensive pre/post-launch quality assurance
- Execute bid strategy tuning, search term mining, and strategic budget reallocation
- Set up and maintain tracking using CallRail, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making
- Lead recurring client check-in calls and produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Coordinate cross-functionally with SEO, design, and development teams to align campaign strategy with overall client goals

Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads — Search, YouTube, Performance Max (PMax), and Display campaigns
- Solid technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (tags and triggers), GA4, and CallRail
- Strong data analysis skills using Google Sheets and/or Excel — including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing updates and internal team collaboration
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a high-trust remote environment
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is a plus
