What You’ll Be Doing

You will work directly with leadership to help build and scale the American Light Design brand through high-performing AI-enhanced media content.

Responsibilities include:

Creating AI-powered social media content from raw video footage

Producing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and ads

Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms

Writing engaging captions, hooks, and call-to-actions

Creating cinematic edits and premium branded content

Repurposing long-form footage into multiple content assets

Using AI tools to accelerate production and improve creative output

Maintaining brand consistency across all content

Assisting with content calendars and posting schedules

Monitoring engagement and helping optimize performance

Organizing digital assets and maintaining workflow systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

You MUST have:

Advanced mastery of AI content tools

Strong understanding of modern content strategy and viral short-form editing

Expert-level video editing skills

Experience managing social media accounts professionally

Exceptional English communication skills

Strong design taste and branding awareness

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

High attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Reliable internet and equipment

You should already be highly proficient in tools such as:

Portfolio Requirements
