## Who I Am
I'm Basit Oyebanji. In the last 18 months, I've collected over $2.7M in the online sales space. I run a group mentorship and a 1:1 intensive called The Haven Freedom Protocol — helping athletes and 9-5 workers earn 3-10k+/month online in 90 days or less.
I'm not a guru with a microphone. I walked the path first. Now I coach people through it.
I already have a full team running — SDR, content strategist, strategic advisor, calendar manager, and a creative director handling content systems. This isn't a one-man startup. It's a real operation being scaled intentionally.

## Why I'm Hiring You
There's no dedicated long-form editor on the team yet. The YouTube channel is being built properly — and I need someone who actually understands what that means.
This isn't "cut out the silences and add some music." Long-form is storytelling. It's retention. It's the thing that turns a stranger into a believer before they ever book a call.
I need someone who feels the pacing, knows when to hold a
The channel is young. That means whoever comes in now helps build the standard — not inherit someone else's template.

## What You'll Edit
- **YouTube vlogs** — travel, training, behind-the-scenes (Cape Town, Barcelona, Miami, Lagos)
- **Talking-head / whiteboard breakdowns** — sales frameworks, mindset, athlete-to-business mapping
- **Podcast-style edits** — guest conversations, long-form interviews
- **Cinematic, natural light, documentary feel** — not glossy ad, not flat studio
---
## What I Need From You
- **You've edited long-form before.** YouTube, documentary, vlog — format doesn't matter as much as proof you can hold pacing across 10–20 minutes without losing people.
- **You communicate cleanly.** If you're going to miss a deadline, you tell me *before* it's missed. Not after.
- **You get the brief without it being repeated five times.** Watch the raw footage. Feel the story. Know what belongs and what doesn't.
- **You take feedback without ego.** The first few videos will have back-and-forth. That's normal. Revision is refinement, not criticism.
- **You're consistent.** Video 10 should be better than video 1 — not a coin flip.
---
## What Success Looks Like
- **30 days** — first batch delivered on time. Revisions minimal. I can trust the process.
- **90 days** — channel has a clear visual identity. Retention trending up. I hand you raw footage and trust it'll come back right.
- **6 months** — you know the brand as well as anyone on the team. Proactively flagging what's working. The channel is compounding.
