We are looking for an experienced website developer with strong experience using Framer to help us completely redesign and modernise our company website.

The goal is to migrate our current website to Framer and create a modern, high-converting website focused on generating leads and improving user experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

* Strong experience building websites with Framer
* Good understanding of conversion-focused web design
* Marketing knowledge and experience creating high-converting landing pages
* Excellent English reading and writing skills
* Experience with WordPress
* Understanding of SEO and organic traffic strategies
* Ability to work independently and provide creative input

We are not just looking for a designer or developer — we want someone who understands how to build websites that convert visitors into leads using proven marketing methods and conversion strategies.

-- Project Overview

Phase 1 – Framer Website Development

We will completely redesign and rebuild our main company website using Framer.

The new website should:

* Look modern and professional
* Be highly conversion-focused
* Load fast and perform well
* Have strong UI/UX
* Clearly communicate our services
* Generate more leads and enquiries

- Phase 2 – WordPress SEO Website on a Subdomain

Once the main Framer website is completed, we will also build a second website using WordPress, hosted on a subdomain of our main website.

This second website will be focused purely on:

* SEO
* Blog content
* Organic traffic generation
* Content marketing
* Supporting the authority and rankings of the main website

The purpose of this WordPress subdomain website will be to create SEO-focused articles and long-form content that drive targeted traffic into our main Framer website, which will be built primarily for conversions and lead generation.

The candidate should understand how both websites will work together as part of a complete marketing and SEO strategy.

- Long-Term Opportunity

This is an ongoing part-time role.

The right candidate will work with us for many months and potentially years, helping us continuously improve and expand our websites.

Over time, the successful candidate could become the Head of our Website & SEO Department as our company grows.

We also plan to hire additional SEO specialists in the future, so there is strong long-term growth potential within the role.

Starting pay:

* $200 per month
