JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce administrator to provide dedicated HRIS platform support across our organisation. You will be responsible for day-to-day Dayforce administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, working closely with human resources and a technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Ceridian Dayforce system administration including employee records, organisational structure, and user access management
Supporting and troubleshooting HR, payroll, workforce management, and rostering modules
Configuring and maintaining business rules, workflows, and approval chains
Developing and executing test plans for Dayforce changes, updates, and patches
Building and maintaining Dayforce reports and dashboards as required by HR, Finance, and Operations
Liaising with Ceridian support for escalations, case management, and feature requests
Maintaining documentation for Dayforce configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For

4+ years hands-on experience administering Ceridian Dayforce (strongly preferred) or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Employment Hero)
Experience across multiple Dayforce modules is highly regarded
Strong understanding of HRIS workflows including employee lifecycle, pay rules, leave management, and rostering
Experience with report writing and data extracts within Dayforce
Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits
Strong English communication skills written and verbal
