We are currently looking for candidates with direct experience in travel support, airline ticketing, and itinerary management.
This role focuses on handling urgent travel-related concerns such as flight changes, cancellations, schedule adjustments, rebookings, and traveler support during disruptions. This is NOT a vacation planning or leisure travel role.

What We’re Looking For:
You MUST have previous experience in at least one of the following:
• Travel Agency Support
• Airline Ticketing
• Travel Operations
• Corporate Travel Support
• Travel Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls and
• Manage flight changes, cancellations, rebookings, and schedule adjustments using Amadeus
• Assist travelers affected by delays, missed flights, emergencies, and other disruptions
• Review and update travel itineraries accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors when necessary
• Ensure all booking modifications comply with company policies and fare rules
• Document customer interactions and booking updates in the system
• Maintain professionalism while handling time-sensitive concerns
• Monitor queues and respond within service level expectations
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Amadeus — MUST
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — MUST
• Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Support Specialist, or similar role — MUST
• Experience handling flight changes, ticketing, reissues, and cancellations
• Familiarity with airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Able to remain calm and professional during urgent situations
Work Schedule & Setup:
• Full-time remote position
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Manila Time
