AI Video Editor Wanted For 7-Figure Dropshipping Company

We run a portfolio of ecommerce businesses in the health & beauty niche — all dropshipping. Our growth engine is paid advertising, and right now creative production is the bottleneck. We need a senior AI editor who can ship ad creatives at speed and at the quality that actually converts on cold traffic.

This is a high-output, high-ownership role. You'll be the person responsible for our AI creative pipeline.

What you'll be doing

Producing AI-generated VSLs (cartoon-style and realistic) for health & beauty offers
Creating AI UGC ads with realistic avatars and natural voiceovers
Producing AI image ads for static and carousel placements
Maintaining character and brand consistency across full ad sets
Iterating fast — multiple angles, hooks, and variants every week based on performance data
Working directly with me and the marketing team on briefs and feedback

The tool stack you need to know
You must have hands-on experience with all of these:

Higgsfield.ai — including Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 for AI video and AI UGC
Nano Banana Pro & Nano Banana 2 — for realistic image generation and character consistency
GPT Image 2 — for image ad creatives
ElevenLabs — for voiceovers
HeyGen — for AI UGC avatar videos
Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro — for the final edit, pacing, captions, sound design

What we expect from a senior

Proven track record on paid traffic. You've produced AI ads or VSLs that ran on Meta, TikTok, or YouTube with real ad spend. Portfolio pieces with no performance behind them don't count.
Health & beauty experience is a strong plus. You know the compliance lines (skin claims, before/after, sensitive ingredients) and can navigate them.
Character & scene consistency. You know how to lock a character across an entire VSL using Soul ID, multi-reference workflows, or equivalent. This is non-negotiable.
Speed at quality.
VSL fluency. Hooks under 3 seconds, pattern interrupts every 5-7 seconds, problem-agitate-solve structure, CTA placement. If these are new terms, this isn't your role.
Self-direction. You take a brief, ask the right questions once, then deliver. No micromanagement needed.
English communication. Clear written English.
