Looking for a Thumbnail Design Strategist

I'm looking for a 10/10 thumbnail designer who is extremely good at creating clickable thumbnails.
It is very important you are able to think of interesting thumbnail ideas, and you have a large amount of general knowledge regarding thumbnail styles and format.

This is not a traditional thumbnail designer position, but a thumbnail designer manager position.
What you'll be doing:
-Overseeing the thumbnails made by other designers
-Revising them yourself along with providing feedback

You must:
- Be an expert at thumbnail design and strategy
- Have experience with AI image generation (must be good at prompting)
- Be fluent in English.

Salary:
$300/month + bonuses
