???? We’re Hiring: Lead Assist (Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Real Estate)

Are you confident on calls, persuasive in conversations, and driven by results?

We’re looking for a Lead Assist to help us connect with South Florida Realtors and generate new business opportunities.

???? About the Role

You’ll be reaching out to Realtors in South Florida, introducing our Listing Coordination & Transaction Coordination services, and identifying those who need support to scale their business.

Your goal? Start conversations, build relationships, and book qualified appointments.

Must have a minimum 6 months of Experience with outbound Phone calls to USA or UK Clients...

???? What You’ll Do

?? Make outbound calls to Realtors (US market)

?? Pitch our real estate support services confidently

?? Qualify leads and identify decision-makers

?? Schedule appointments for the sales team

?? Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

?? Consistently meet daily/weekly targets

???? What We’re Looking For

? Experience in cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation required

? Excellent English communication (US client-facing)

? Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality

? Ability to handle objections professionally

? Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

???? Compensation & Work Details

???? Salary: From $4 to $6 per Hour Based on Experience + performance-based incentives

???? Working Days: Monday to Friday

? Timing: 10 am to 1 pm EST Mondays to Fridays
