Technical Recruiter - Recruit Software Engineers

We are an IT recruiting company based in San Francisco and we recruiting Software Engineers and other professionals.

We are looking for a recruiter with good track record to join our team.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT recruiting and can demonstrate a strong track record of placements. Comfort over the phone and a persuasive personality in not easily taking a "no" as an answer are essential for success. You also need to be particularly tech-savvy because we use various tools such as Chrome extensions in our daily workflow. We use an ATS extensively and pass most of our work through that ATS so the ideal candidate would have comfort working within our ATS. Natural English speaking and writing abilities are a must as you will be speaking with and sending emails to candidates on a daily basis.

There is a great potential for growth in our company. Team members who show great potential will have the opportunity to advance to a more senior role and take on greater responsibilities such as managing client relationships. Depending on need, fit, interest and track record, you may also get the opportunity to manage other recruiters and be the point person for some of our clients. Your role may also advance or transition to the Sales sector of our company whereby you are calling potential clients and pitching our services.
