Backend Ecommerce Assistant

About the Role

We operate several Shopify fashion brands and are hiring a Backend Ecommerce Assistant to support daily operations.

This is an execution-focused role and NOT a customer service position.

You’ll help manage the backend side of the business by keeping systems updated, handling recurring operational tasks, and making sure day-to-day workflows run smoothly.

You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

This is a full-time (Mon-Sat), long-term role.

Main Responsibilities

Tasks include:

-Checking Shopify stores daily
-Monitoring operational issues and order flow
-Updating spreadsheets and reports
-Uploading and organizing products
-Maintaining clean and accurate internal systems
-Managing and coordinating our Customer Support team

Requirements

You should:

-Have experience using Shopify
-Be comfortable with Google Sheets
-Be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Be reliable and execution-focused
-Follow systems and instructions well

Compensation
$6–$9/hour
Full-time (Mon-Sat)
