Your job, put simply, is this -
Make sure the right things are happening at the right time.

That means three things:

First, you'll help build the system - activating what's already in place, getting the rhythm established, turning structure into motion.

Then you'll help prioritize and delegate what comes up - the one-off tasks, the gaps that need closing along the way.

Then you'll own the recurring pulse - ensuring pipeline, commitments, follow-through are done on time and completely. Making sure nothing goes cold without a deliberate decision to let it go cold.

You're not DOING the work. You're MAKING SURE the work GETS DONE.

You won't be on an island.

The answers, the context, the access — it's all there when you need it.

You only have to ask for it, use it to help build the systems we need, and make sure everyone is doing their part to keep that system moving.

This is a full time position starting at $4/hour.

If you have the character and a general familiarity with the skills, we'll train you on everything else.

Tools, systems, process - all of that can be learned.

What can't be taught is HOW YOU'RE WIRED.

When the core work is done (helping to organize and get traction on launching our system, then keeping it running), we'll find tasks that fit you well.

You won't be left idle.
