Sourcer - IT Recruiting

We are a San Francisco-based recruiting company that recruits Software Engineers.

We are looking for savvy sourcers to help us identify, collect and organize candidates and their contact information who match job descriptions. The task will also involve sourcing certain executives and their contact information.

The ideal candidate needs to be tech-savvy because we use various tools, including Chrome Extensions to get candidate contact information. Additionally, you will be working with our ATS and CRM so experience with all of these will help you be successful at our company.

We are looking to hire someone on a probationary basis first, see how they do, then bring them onboard full time.

There is great potential for growth in our company. For those who either have previous experience in technical recruiting or show great potential, an opportunity may exist in the future to move into a recruiting role and advance from there. If you show diligence and commitment, you may be given the opportunity to start calling the candidates/executives you source after we provide you with all the training you will need. We also train you in the other systems in our company and bring you into the teams that manage relationships with candidates, clients, prospects and other stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
