Youtube Production Lead (Channel Manager)

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Lead to take full ownership of our video production pipeline. This role is responsible for ensuring that content is delivered consistently, efficiently, and at a high standard across both long-form and short-form formats.

You will act as the central point of coordination across the entire production process, working closely with creatives, editors, production teams, as well as sales and legal when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple moving parts, keep timelines on track, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee the full production pipeline from ideation through publishing, ensuring smooth coordination between scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery. You will actively manage timelines, follow up with tea ---------- mbers, and make sure deadlines are consistently met.

Part of your responsibility will be identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact output, improving workflows, and maintaining a strong production rhythm. You will review edits to ensure alignment with content direction, pacing, structure, and overall quality standards.

You will also manage sponsor integrations by coordinating timelines and requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations. In addition, you will handle the final upload and publishing process across platforms, including titles, thumbnails, and scheduling.

The expected output includes approximately 2 long-form videos and 4 to 8 short-form videos per month.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of YouTube content production workflows and a proven track record working with YouTube content. You should be confident in making decisions that improve performance, engagement, and overall content quality.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required as you will be coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You should have experience managing video production pipelines, ideally within a YouTube-focused environment, along with a working knowledge of editing workflows using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar. Familiarity with project management tools like ---------- , Notion, or equivalent platforms is important, as well as a solid understanding of the YouTube publishing process, including titles, thumbnails, and scheduling.

Engagement Details
