Sales & Marketing Assistant- Generous Payment + UNCAPPED BONUS & OTE

Our company works in property refurbishment sector and we have an opening for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This job comes with a basic salary and a generous bonus scheme, ( $400 pm + extra bonus on meeting daily call and email averages + extra bonus for delivering new business) which for the right person could lead to huge monthly earnings.
Will pay weekly for the first 4 weeks , then on a monthly basis after the first month.
• We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business.
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year).
• You receive an additional 7 days of paid leave (after the first 6 months of employment), which can be used as sick days or for holidays totalling 19 days off per year.

-The qualified Candidate MUST posses a Good Command of English language both Oral and written with little or no accent.
-Can work under pressure with minimal supervision. Must be positive and have a "Go getter" attitude.
- Previous experience in Telemarketing and appointment setting is essential.

The role will involve a mixture of lead generation, email marketing, outbound calls each day. Reaching out to potential clients and persuade them to use our service.

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week.
You will be working GMT 9am-5:30pm (4pm-12:30am in Philippines)
(one hour lunch break at 1pm) Monday to Friday.
