Content Assistant / Social Media VA

Looking for a Reliable Virtual Assistant / Content Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)

I’m building a personal brand called “Unstuck With Jason” focused on helping overwhelmed dads and people who feel stuck mentally, physically, and financially.

I’m looking for someone reliable, organized, patient, and tech-comfortable who can help me stay focused and keep content moving consistently.

This is NOT a high-pressure corporate job. I’m looking for someone who can grow with me long term as the brand grows.

Tasks may include:

* Posting videos to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
* Uploading and organizing content/files
* Creating basic captions/descriptions from my ideas
* Helping organize Google Drive/OneDrive folders
* Assisting with email formatting and scheduling
* Helping keep projects organized
* Light research and basic admin tasks
* Eventually helping manage content calendars and workflows

Requirements:

* Strong English communication
* Organized and dependable
* Comfortable learning new tools/platforms
* Available for consistent communication
* Honest and patient
* Comfortable working with someone who is creative but sometimes overwhelmed with tech systems

BONUS if you have experience with:

* Canva
* ChatGPT
* Social media posting/scheduling
* Mailchimp, Outlook, or email marketing
* TikTok/YouTube Shorts workflows
