About the Role
We run a web design business that helps local service-based companies — HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and similar trades — get online for the first time. Many of these businesses are losing customers every day simply because they have no website.
Your job is to find them, call them, and fix that.
You will research local businesses that have zero online presence, reach out by phone, and offer them a professional website at a simple, fixed price. No complicated packages. No technical jargon. Just a straightforward offer that solves a real problem for a business owner.
This is a high-volume cold calling role. We move fast, we track results daily, and we reward people who can perform.

What You Will Do
• Prospect daily — Use Google Maps, Yelp, and similar directories to identify local service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, etc.) with no website
• Cold call a minimum of 100 businesses per day — Reach decision-makers directly and deliver a clear, confident pitch
• Sell a fixed-price website package — One offer, one price, easy close
• Follow up with interested leads and guide them through a simple approval process
• Log every call in a CRM or Google Sheet — outcome, callback time, status
• Send a daily report with total calls made, interested leads, and closed deals

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or technology sales — website sales, SaaS, software, or digital services strongly preferred
• Exceptional spoken English — you will be speaking with US business owners all day; you must sound natural, confident, and professional with zero hesitation
• Proven cold calling background — you are comfortable dialing strangers, handling objections, and pushing toward a close
• Self-managed and disciplined — this is a remote, part-time role; you will not be micromanaged but you will be held to daily targets
• Reliable equipment — stable internet connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace free from background noise
• Tech comfortable — able to use Google Sheets, a basic CRM, or a call logging tool without hand-holding

Schedule & Hours
• 20 hours per week
• Broken down as approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Must overlap with US business hours (morning or afternoon shifts preferred)
