Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Content Agency)

I run a content agency in Dallas, Tx focused on creating short form content for local businesses (construction, home services, and local brands). I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me consistently generate leads and book new clients

Your responsibilities will include:
Finding local businesses in the Dallas area with poor or little content.

Sending outreach messages via email, Instagram, Facebook, or SMS.

Managing and organizing leads in a simple spreadsheet or CRM.

Following up with prospects using provided scripts.

Booking Clients and getting their info time and date to film and key shots they want included and any other details like entrance codes etc.

Sending a daily summary of outreach activity and responses.
