What Is This Job? (Read This First)
We are a sales management company that runs the entire sales operation for education businesses. Our clients sell high-ticket programs ($5,000+) that teach people how to start online businesses.

The client you will work for is one of the biggest drop shipping offers in all of Asia and all of Singapore. They make $270,000 USD every month and are scaling fast.

This is an inbound business. We are not cold-DMing strangers. Every day, hundreds of people come to our client's Instagram already interested. They ask for help. They want to hear about the offer. They show buying signals before you say a word. There are too many of them and not enough setters to qualify them.

Your job is to talk to those leads through GoHighLevel (our CRM). You qualify them through our framework. You book real calls for our closer. You are the first person in the pipeline. Every booking you put on the calendar must be real.

This is not a copy-paste bot role. This is real written conversation. If you cannot write clean English, do not apply.

Who You Are
We are picky. We only hire two kinds of people. If you are not both, do not apply.

You speak and write great English. Native-level or close. Full sentences. Correct grammar. Correct spelling. No "k," "yup," "lol," no slang, no shortcuts. When a stranger reads your message, they assume you are educated and from a Western country. If your English is "okay" or "decent," this role is not for you. Leads will not buy from someone who writes like a chatbot.
You are a sharp thinker. You read what the lead actually said. You catch what they did not say. You connect dots fast — what they want, what they are afraid of, what is stopping them from buying. You can hold a real conversation that goes off-script and bring it back on track. Slow, literal, script-bound thinkers do not survive here.
Coachable: You take feedback, implement it the same day, and you do not make the same mistake twice. Everyone here is a player.
No Heavy Commitments: The best candidates here have no family, no kids, no second job, no commitments that take their time. This role is 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. In exchange you make life-changing money.
Experience: You do not need DM setting experience. We will teach you the framework. We cannot teach you English fluency or sharp thinking — you bring those.
Tech: You have fast internet, a quiet room, a smartphone, and a laptop.
The Work Culture

If you are sick, you do not work. We do not expect you to push through illness. But if you are sick three days every single week, we will fire you. That is an inefficient employee.

We do not babysit. Everyone here is taught the framework, given the tools, and trusted to perform. We do not expect you to make the same mistake twice. Everyone here is a player.

We do not track your hours. We do not record your screen. We do not care how many tabs you have open or if you take a break. We are not watching.

All we care about is: Did you reply fast? Did you book a qualified call? Did the lead show up?

You will represent a Dynamis client. That client must be happy with their sales team. When you DM a lead, you are the brand.

You are an adult. We treat you like one. Show us results and you will never have a problem here.

The Schedule
Time: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM GMT+8. 7 days a week.

This is an all-day job. There is always a lead to talk to. You will be sending or replying to messages every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the shift. There is no quiet hour where you can step away.

This is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do (The Daily Work)
Reply Fast: When a lead messages, you respond in under 10 minutes during shift. Faster is better. Most of your replies should land within 3 to 4 minutes.
Qualify Every Lead: Before you share the booking link, you confirm all five: (1) they have the problem we solve, (2) they are motivated to fix it, (3) they are willing to act NOW, (4) they have the money, (5) they are the decision maker. No shortcuts.
Book Real Calls: You only mark a call "Booked" when the lead confirms the time AND sends you a screenshot of their calendar. No screenshot, no booking.
Update GoHighLevel: Every lead, every day. HOT, WARM, COLD, or UNQUALIFIED. Zero leads left unmarked at end of day.
Follow Up: When a lead goes quiet — after an objection, after a booking, after any key step — you follow up 48 hours later. You do not let leads rot.
The KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
Under 10-minute reply on warm leads during shift.
20 qualified calls booked per week.
80%+ show rate on booked calls.
GoHighLevel updated daily. Zero unmarked leads at end of day.

The Money
Base Pay: $1,500 USD per month. Guaranteed if you do the work.

Commission: 5% of all commissions you generate. You earn from every closed deal that came from a call you booked. The base covers your floor — the commission is where it stacks.

Last month (March 2026), both of our DM setters made $4,000 USD each. That is around ?240,000 every month. This is life-changing money in the Philippines. Most full-time salaries here are a quarter of that.

The trade is simple. You work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, on inbound conversations from leads who already want to talk. In exchange you do not commute, you are not tracked, you are not babysat, and you make more than most professional jobs in the country. There is no ceiling on what you can earn here as we grow.

Growth path: top setters are the first in line for Team Lead and Closer roles as we add clients.
