We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions or clicks buttons. We want someone who can think critically, improve systems proactively, and continuously bring new ideas, innovations, and efficiencies to the table.

You should be someone who stays up-to-date with GHL features, understands automation logic deeply, and can confidently troubleshoot and optimize client systems.

1. Set up new GoHighLevel accounts based on company processes and client requirements
2. Configure automations, workflows, funnels, forms, triggers, and pipelines
3. Handle A2P registration and compliance submissions
4. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions
5. Potentially join client calls to assist with support and problem-solving
6. Recommend improvements, optimizations, and innovative ideas
7. Ensure systems are organized, scalable, and efficient

1. Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
2. Deep understanding of automations, workflows, and CRM logic
3. Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features and best practices
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent attention to detail, logic, and common sense
6. Strong English communication skills
7. Ability to think independently and improve systems proactively

1. Experience with AI tools and AI-powered automations
2. Experience handling client-facing technical support calls
