UGC Video Editor (4 Videos/Day - 5 Days/week) - Must Complete Recreate Assignment

Hi there!

I'm looking for a skilled and reliable UGC (User-Generated Content) Video Editor for short-form content. You will be responsible for editing approximately 4 short-form UGC videos per day for me (TikTok style video)

I will NOT consider any applicant who does not complete my Recreate Assignment. The Google Drive folder below contains all the raw elements (clips, audio, captions, b-roll, etc.) AND the full assignment instructions. Your task is to use those elements to recreate the reference video EXACTLY the way I have it edited. This is how I evaluate skill, attention to detail, and ability to match a brand's style. Applications without the completed assignment will be ignored.

RECREATE ASSIGNMENT (Google Drive - instructions are inside):

Open the folder, read the instructions document, complete the assignment, and reply to this job posting with your finished video (either attach/upload it or share a Google Drive/Dropbox link).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit ~4 short-form UGC videos per day 5x week (15s-60s)
- Add captions/subtitles, sound effects, transitions, music, and b-roll
- Match pacing, hooks, and style to reference videos I provide
- Color correction and basic audio cleanup
- Deliver videos on time, ready to post
- Organize files and project folders neatly
- Communicate daily on progress

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience editing UGC / short-form social media content
- Proficient in CapCut
- Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends, hooks, and pacing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable internet and a computer capable of handling video editing
- Able to commit to consistent daily output (4 videos/day)
- Good written English communication
