Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in driving high-performing PPC campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
Set up and manage conversion tracking
Analyze campaign data and generate reports
Write compelling ad copy for search campaigns
Perform A/B testing to improve conversions
Manage advertising budgets effectively
Stay updated with SEM trends and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC strategies
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Google Ads certifications are a plus
