We're Leads Catcher, an AI receptionist agency. We install AI voice and chat agents into local service businesses so they never miss a call, never lose a lead after hours and never let an appointment slip.
We're in active launch, signing new clients now and we need a front-line VA who can run the outreach engine and support new client builds inside GoHighLevel.
This isn't a general admin seat. It's the cold-calling, list-building, pipeline-tracking, bot-duplicating heartbeat of a real agency. Do this job well and you grow into a senior operator role inside 6–12 months.
How You'll Spend Your Time
60% — Outreach. 80–100 dials/day during the 3–5 PM EST window. Verbatim scripts provided. Personalized
25% — Pipeline + Client Ops. Move leads through stages in GHL. Tag prospects correctly so the right bot fires. Log every contact in our Prospect Master Log. Flag enterprise inquiries (5+ locations) for same-day escalation. Run the monthly Answered Call Program nominations.
15% — Bot Builds. Duplicate from our pre-configured GHL templates. Build knowledge bases using our rich-text method (we'll train you). Customize agent prompts from our library. Set up sub-accounts, connect integrations, run live TT-method testing before handoff.

Comfortable on the phone — not tolerant, comfortable. Cold calling is the job.
Exceptional English, written and spoken
Follows documented processes exactly. We have systems for a reason.
Organized to a level most people aren't. Every lead logged, every follow-up on time, nothing slipping.
Major Plus (Faster Ramp · Higher Rate)
GoHighLevel experience — built or managed accounts before, not just heard of it
Cold calling B2B or local business
Loom or screen recording for sales demos
Familiarity with AI voice agents or chatbots
Google Maps prospecting and list building
We'll train the right person on GHL if everything else is strong. We won't train someone on cold calling — that has to already be there.
