Business Strategy & Planning Specialist (Direct Support to Principal)
Job Description: I am looking for a sharp, organized, and business-minded person create a strategic business plan to help me manage and plan my group of companies.
I run several small businesses in Australia.
I have the vision and the ideas—I need you to be the person who can take those ideas and turn them into professional, structured business plan, with marketing strategies, and operational guides.
What you will be doing:
• Writing Business Plans: Taking my notes and audio and turning them into professional 1-year and 2-year strategic plans.
• Creating Frameworks: Describing systems so our marketing and operations run smoothly.
• Research: Looking into the Australian & Aisa Pacific market and specific industries
• Drafting Documents: Helping me finish high-level documents, contracts, and even chapters for a book project.
• Problem Solving: Looking at our business goals and helping me describe the most efficient way to reach them.
What I am looking for:
• Clear Thinkers: You don't just follow instructions; you understand the "why" behind the business.
• Great Writing Skills: You can write in a professional, easy-to-read style that suits an Australian audience.
• Organized: You can handle multiple projects for different companies at the same time without getting confused.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic financial spreadsheets.
• Reliable: You must be available to work during Sydney Business Hours.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in creating business strategic business plans -is a MUST HAVE DONE PREVIOUSLY , executive assistance, or project management.
• A strong "can-do" attitude—you enjoy building things from the ground up.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) with an understanding of Australian business culture.
