What you'll do:

Run outbound DMs daily to find new leads
Manage and follow up with warm leads consistently
Keep conversations going until they're ready to book a call or buy
Track every conversation in a simple pipeline

You need to:

Understand TikTok Shop lingo (affiliates, samples, GMV, commission, Spark Ads, etc.)
Write like a real human — no copy-paste spam
Be consistent with follow-ups (most deals are won in the follow-up)
Work independently without hand-holding

Bonus:

Previous DM setting experience for a creator or coach
Familiarity with the TikTok Shop creator space
