Sales virtual assistant — AI receptionist SaaS

We sell an AI receptionist product to small and medium-sized businesses. We need a driven VA who understands SaaS sales to help us fill our pipeline, follow up with leads, and close more deals. You will be talking to real business owners every day.

What you will do

Prospect and research potential business clients (salons, dental offices, law firms, etc.)
Send cold outreach via email, DMs, or calls and follow up consistently
Book discovery calls and demos on our calendar
Handle objections and nurture warm leads until they are ready to buy
Keep our CRM updated with notes, next steps, and deal stages
Write and A/B test outreach scripts and email sequences
Must have

Proven experience selling or supporting sales of a SaaS product
Strong written English — you can write outreach that gets replies
Comfortable talking about AI products to non-technical business owners
Self-starter who can work independently and hit weekly targets
Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Nice to have

Background selling to local businesses (home services, medical, legal, hospitality)
Familiarity with AI or voice automation tools
