BASE + COMMISSION: Perfectly Fast Moving – Long Distance Moving Carrier MORNING SHIFT

Perfectly Fast Moving is a full-service long-distance moving company based in the U.S. Unlike brokers, we handle everything with our own trucks and crews. We are expanding our remote team and hiring motivated individuals to join us as Customer Sales Representatives.

Job Description:
You will begin as a call opener, engaging with potential customers and collecting their moving details. With training and strong performance, you will grow into a closer—handling full sales calls and securing bookings. This role offers a clear career path and high earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups.

Gather customer information and moving details.

Provide excellent customer service with fluent, confident English communication.

Transition into a closer role to handle complete sales calls and secure bookings.

Work with a team to meet company goals and daily call targets.

Qualifications:

Fluent in spoken and written English (clear and natural accent required).

Strong communication and listening skills.

Sales background preferred but not required (training provided).

Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and quiet workspace.

Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a closer role.

Work Schedule (Eastern Time):

3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: PHP 31,000 monthly

Commission: 5% per sale – top performers can earn up to PHP 240,000 monthly total (base + commissions)
