# Social Media & Outreach VA for Airbnb Co-Hosting Brand (Instagram + Canva)

We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help grow our Airbnb co-hosting business, FullSTR.

This role is mainly focused on Instagram content creation, engagement, and outreach to Airbnb hosts.

## Main Responsibilities

• Create Instagram carousel posts and captions using Canva
• Find and organize high-quality Airbnb/vacation rental photos and content
• Schedule and post content on Instagram and Facebook
• Respond to comments and DMs using approved responses
• Reach out to Airbnb hosts through Instagram DMs using provided messaging
• Engage with Airbnb host accounts naturally through comments and interaction
• Help organize content ideas and social media planning
• Possibly assist with lead generation and outreach later on

## What We’re Looking For

• Experience using Canva
• Understanding of Instagram growth and engagement
• Strong written English communication
• Organized and reliable
• Able to follow instructions while still being creative
• Interest in Airbnb, hospitality, real estate, or social media marketing is a plus

• Ability to create short-form social media videos/reels for Instagram and Facebook is a big plus
• Experience editing videos in Canva, CapCut, or similar apps is preferred
• Bonus if you understand trending Instagram reel styles and hooks
