REMOTE META & TIKTOK MEDIA BUYER / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are hiring a Remote Meta & TikTok Media Buyer / Social Media Manager to manage paid advertising campaigns and social media growth for U.S.-based businesses.

This role combines both media buying and social media management. We are looking for someone creative, analytical, organized, and experienced in running ads while also managing and growing social media accounts.

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

* Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads
* Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
* Experience creating and managing social media content
* Ability to analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns
* Understanding of trends, hooks, and short-form content
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

* Launch and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad campaigns
* Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results
* Create audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences
* Manage social media accounts and posting schedules
* Create captions, content ideas, and assist with creative direction
* Coordinate with video editors/designers for ad creatives and reels
* Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
* Research trends and viral content ideas
* Help grow engagement, followers, and lead generation
* Provide weekly performance reports

Preferred Experience:

* Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
* Experience with service business lead generation
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
* Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
* Familiarity with CRMs and GoHighLevel is a plus
* Experience with AI tools is a plus

Compensation:
