JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based recruitment firm specializing in the medical device, medtech, and dental industries, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

Your job is to be the first point of contact between us and potential client companies. You'll find, qualify, and book appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers who could use our recruiting services.

What you'll do:
- Prospect and identify decision-makers at medical device, medtech, and dental companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Run targeted cold email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls / appointments for our senior team
- Manage and maintain pipeline activity in Zoho CRM
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team on messaging, target lists, and strategy

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of SDR, appointment setting, or B2B outbound sales experience
- Strong written English with the ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email tools
- Experience using a CRM (Zoho preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce also great)
- Self-starter who can work independently and consistently hit weekly activity and appointment targets
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for video calls
- Available during US eastern business hours

Bonus points:
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or the medical / healthcare industry
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
