Video Editor & AI Ad Creator — E-commerce

ABOUT THE ROLE

I run a growing Dutch e-commerce brand in the health niche (Shopify). I'm looking for a talented video editor who can create high-converting ad creatives for the Dutch market on a consistent basis. This is a flexible, remote role with plenty of work and room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Editing and producing a minimum of 24 video ads per week
Translating and adapting competitor ads into Dutch using AI tools (ElevenLabs, Vmake)
Creating AI-generated video ads, including UGC-style content, animated ads, and talking avatars
Producing static ads, photo-based ads with different hooks, angles, and concepts
Working with CapCut for video editing and finalizing creatives
Staying up to date with the latest AI ad creation tools and trends

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

Strong video editing skills, speed and quality both matter
Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools (ElevenLabs, Vmake, or similar)
Able to create multiple ad formats: video ads, AI-generated content, static creatives
E-commerce or Shopify experience is a big plus, but not required if your editing work is excellent
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable using AI for Dutch voiceovers and translations (you don't need to speak Dutch)
